Do you clean during or after business hours?

We clean during both. Our cleaning staff is able to clean day and night, depending on your preference.

Yes, we do provide cleaning service after working hours, our price is $60 per cleaner per hour, 3 hours is our minimum. Please contact us about availability.

Many customers give us a key for after-hours cleaning, so we can clean without disrupting your work. Our cleaning staff are insured and bonded, and HomeClean will coordinate all necessary documentation with your building manager.

What are your hours of operation?

We  have many loyal as well as  AirBnb customers, they are extremely valuable for us and we are available 7 days a week from 8am -10pm.
Sunday is  the only day when our office is  closed, but you are always welcome to reach us by email and we will get back to you promptly .

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes we do! Our gift certificates are a great idea for birthdays, mother’s days, housewarming gifts etc. you can check our packages…

We can even bring fresh flowers on the day of the cleaning!

Do You offer Discounts?

Yes, We offer discounts for our recurring customers:
– Weekly, you will receive 20% discount
– Bi-weekly, you will receive 15% discount
– Every three weeks, you will receive 12% discount
– Monthly, you will receive 10% discount

Please note : the discount is only available  after first appointment.
For our loyal customers , who use our service  on need basis we offer every 10th HomeClean for FREE.
Also we offer a referral discount that entitles you to 25 % off your next Home Cleaning when you refer a new client to our services. If you refer a client to us, who schedules weekly or biweekly services you will receive complimentary cleaning!

How do I Pay for the Service ?

We accept all major credit and debit cards As well we do accept cash payments.

When does my card get charged?

Your credit card will be charged after your appointment .You will receive an automated email with the transaction summary to notify you how much your card is charged.

Is my Billing Information safe and secure?

Our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).

Are You Bonded & Insured?

Yes, we’re bonded, insured and all our maids are background checked

Do you Guarantee your work? How to request a Re-Clean?

Our work is 100 % guaranteed !

You can request a re-clean by email or by phone and our customer service team will respond promptly… as long as the appointment was completed within the past 48 hours. The re-clean appointment must be scheduled and completed within the next 48 hours.
We are not happy unless you are!

How do I create a HomeClean Account?

When you book service an account is automatically created for you.  Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re all set.

Do I have to be Home while you Clean?

Most of our clients are not home during their appointments. Some clients leave keys with their front desk staff or let us in before they leave. Other clients  give us a key ,so in this case we can clean without disrupting your work. Also we have clients who feel more comfortable being home during cleaning . Whatever your preference, we are happy to make your HomeClean experience pleasant and convenient.

What about my Pets?

Pets are happiest and less stressed at home, surrounded by their familiar environment, We love pets, but the truth is some pets don’t love us.
If your pet is predisposed to showing aggression when visitors are in your home, please alert our office when you are booking service.

Staff & Services

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

If it is necessary to cancel/skip your scheduled cleaning, we require a 24-hours notification. If we receive fewer than 24 hours notice then we will charge a $70 fee. Do you provide Cleaning Supplies?

We provide  all necessary  cleaning products , sponges, and microfiber towels. However, for sanitary reasons, we ask clients provide some basic cleaning tools of their own. Clients should have,  a mop and bucket, a broom and dustpan, a step stool (if needed) toilet brush and paper towels .
For extra $15 we provide Swiffer (mop and broom  for floor) and paper towels.
For extra $50 we provide Vacuum Cleaner, Swiffer and paper towels .

What Cleaning Products do you use?

We  use Eco-Friendly, non toxic cleaning products and we choose only highest quality products from Method and Meyers

What type of training does your staff receive?

We hire employees after a lengthy interview and orientation process. Each cleaning consultant must complete several weeks of service training with our Quality Control Supervisors. Our owner Iryna,  personally ensures that all cleaning consultants are diligent, courteous, and trustworthy.

Will I always have the same person cleaning my home?

Yes, you will be assigned your personal cleaning lady. If she’s not available for serious reasons or vacation then we will notify you and you will have the option to reschedule your appointment or to send another lady.
We make every effort to ensure that one of the two team members who serves your home cleans during each visit. If a member of the team changes, our office staff contacts you beforehand to learn if you prefer someone other than your team cleans, or would rather change your scheduled day so your favorite team member can clean.

What is the difference between Regular and Deep Clean?

Our Regular Cleaning covers:

  • dust and wipe all reachable surfaces ,
  • polishing all furniture,
  • tidying up,
  • sweeping and mopping the floors
  • cleaning bathrooms: sink, mirror, bath and toilet
  • cleaning the kitchen
  • wiping down all surfaces
  • cleaning microwave
  • stove and sink
  • removing trash.

Deep Cleaning is a comprehensive top to bottom cleaning, its different from Regular cleaning,  it covers areas which aren’t traditionally covered by a regular clean:

  • full and deep dusting including all the corners
  • under the furniture ( when its not heavy )
  • behind kitchen appliances, scrubbing title in bathrooms
  • clean all doors , switches , baseboards
  • windows (interior)
  • inside the oven including oven door glass,
  • clean fridge inside plus stainless steal

We recommend a Deep Clean if you had not have your apartment professionally cleaned within the past 3 months or before scheduling recurring service with HomeClean.

Can I give specific instructions & ask for special request?

Absolutely!

Special instructions can be left for the cleaning professional when you schedule your appointment online, alternatively, you can leave written instructions at your home and we will take care of it.
